The module covers concepts of chemical and biological diversity as well as algorithms for assessing and computing of diversity and similarity.
Learning Objectives

Students know algorithms and tools for molecular diversity assessment. They have the knowledge to apply, customize and implement software for diversity analysis. They are able to present and defend their work in front of a seminar.
