Cancer immunology, bioinformatics in cancer research
Learning Objectives

Students have a basic understanding about the biology of cancer and how Bioinformatics research aims to solve questions in oncology.

Contents
Biology and immunology of cancer, differential gene expression between patient-control and patient-patient, statistical analysis of clinical tests, MHC-epitope prediction, epidemiology of cancer, reading recent scientific publications. Programming exercises
