High throughput data and their assembly
Learning Objectives

Students know high throughput data (HTD) technologies in biology and understand how HTD are assembled and interpreted in concert to gain an overall understanding of regulatory and metabolic reactions in a cell or organ.

Contents

HTD-technologies (transkriptomic, metabolomic, proteomic, genomic, metagenomic, epigenomic aso.) and their nexus in the form of pathways, networks and topologies are investigated from current high-profile publications. Module content is partially processed as team work.
