    Learning Objectives

    The students widen their capabilities in the handling of business processes. By means of specific case studies, they will engross their competence in analysing, modelling and managing business processes. They will be able to recommend and introduce appropriate methods of business process management. The students are enabled to work out as-is analysis and to-be concepts, diagnosing and realizing improvement potentials. They know the special challenges of change management in organizational projects.
