    • Business objectives and management
    • Operational organisations
    • IT-supported operational performance processes: procurement, production and logistics, marketing and distribution
    • IT-supported operational finance processes: accounting and bookkeeping, cost and activity accounting
    • IT-supported operational controlling and information processes
