The lecture on Distributed Algorithms provides a fundamental understanding of problems, algorithms and programming abstractions that are relevant for the design of distributed algorithms.
Qualifikations- und Lernziele

Students know application opportunities of Cyber-Physical Systems for flexible and decentralized automation of production systems.

Students are aware of technical, social and political challenges caused by transformation processes towards Industry 4.0. They can critically reflect them. They know and understand solutions for horizontal and vertical integration of industrial information processes.

They are able to identify safety challenges in the context of Industry 4.0. Students know solution approaches for those challenges and can assess them.

Students are aware of challenges reshaping working and employment conditions in the context of Industry 4.0.
