    Students have profound knowledge in modeling simulation and optimization of business processes.

    They know both classical business information systems as well as new approaches to integrated and decentralized business information systems.

    Students have reflected challenges and opportunities of changes in business information systems towards Industry 4.0.

    They know Internet-based product-related services (Smart Services) and can assess their of possibilities.

    In particular, students will be able to evaluate different models and technical solutions of digitalization in production systems and can develop own solutions for given requirements.
