    Special requirements for the development of standard software systems; Development standards and software development in large teams; Software development with ABAP: characteristics of the development language ABAP/4, procedural programming, object oriented programming, dialog programming, data base development / repository, practical programming with the ABAP development system
    Learning Objectives

    The students know the special challenge implicated in the development of standard software systems and are able to develop solutions by the use of methods. This module is the first of a set of other modules that provide students the ability to independently deal with business application systems.

    • Development standards and software development in big teams
    • Customizing and using standard software, especially SAP: properties of standard software; customizing and establishing standard software
    • mapping of business processes to standard software
