Different forms of vocation training
Qualifikations- und Lernziele

1. Students will learn the basic skills required in vocational training
- determining the most important factors and legal framework of the dual system
- establishing the suitability of the firm and the instructor
- developing the competence of the instructor
- applying training methods and supporting active learning
- dealing with learning problems and other forms of striking behaviour
2. Students will be asked to hold short presentations using the appropriate media

- selecting apprentices
- motivation and group behaviour
- contract for the apprenticeship
- methods of teaching and learning
