The university charges a semester social fee of about 220 EUR , covering administrative costs and free public transport in and around Giessen (RMV-NVV area > see further information in download section). Students will also have to bear fees for a compulsary health insurance.

For the abroad semester (3rd semester) at one of our partner universities, tuition fees will fall due in accordance with the fee regulations of the chosen university. These vary from 1,200 to 5,000 Euro.
