The Company Simulation Game constitutes the first course of the study program. The students will get acquainted to each other by playing an intelligent, business specific game. They shall hereby assess their own previously acquired business skills in direct comparison with their fellow students.The module aims at assuming an equal base of knowledge of business management practices among all participants. The topics addressed include developing and applying business strategies in a complex market environment influenced by competition and by a multitude of market options.
Students will be faced with:
- strategic decision making and problem solving
- planning of procurement, manufacturing, investment and financing
- handling of financial and economic statements and performance indicators
