Students shall acquire the skills needed to analyze and interpret the dynamics of established and new markets (political and economic environment, demand potential, competitors, etc.), to formulate company strategies and to develop organizational capabilities in line with market requirements. Particular attention will be given to the management skills needed in order to implement the previously formulated strategies.
