Particular attention will be given to cross cultural communication and to leading culturally diverse teams.

Learning targets:
  • to improve the own communicative competences - even in difficult and conflictive environment
  • to develop of intercultural communication skills
  • to make experiences in team processes and to learn to understand group dynamics
  • to widen the perspective and to learn to see companies as complex social systems
  • to better understand how change processes function and how one can influence such processes
  • to improve the ability to reflect their own behavior and how they are perceived by others
  • to broaden cultural sensitiveness
  • to develop leadership competence and how to motivate staff and management teams
  • development of sensibility for cultural differences and social competence
