·         2004-2010: Manager for the international consumer goods company Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Schwalbach/Taunus, working in the areas of Key Account Management and Market Strategy & Planning. Lecturer at the universities of applied sciences in Nürtingen and Karlsruhe

·         2009: Degree in Organisational and Executive Coaching at the NYU, New York, USA

·         2004: PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) at the Hochschule St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

·         2001-2003: Marketing-Consultant especially in the areas of market research and strategy in St. Gallen and Frankfurt for companies like Coca Cola and Schüco.

·         1997-2001: Study of business administration in Cologne, Leipzig, Barcelona (Diplom-Kauffrau), Internships and projects at Bayer AG, Allianz AG, Siemens AG, Kienbaum Executive Consultants und Accenture.
