Learning Agreement

In the „Organizer" you can find the timetables of all courses during the semester. For this, you will need the title of the course (lecture, module, etc.) you would like to attend.

You could also look in the module handbook or in the organizer (Module Catalogs or Curricula) for your degree programme when searching for modules.

How to find your Study Certificate

Log in to the e-campus.

Find the section “Quicklinks” on the home screen. Click the green “Studienservice” bar that says “Rückmeldung, Bescheinigung, Persönliche Daten, Zahlungen” below.

Navigate to “{n} Bescheide/Becsheinigungen” (Notices/Certifications) in the menu bar.

Click on the “Allgemein (n)” (General) tile

Find the most recent Study Certificate in German or English under “Study Certificate” or “Studienbescheinigung”. Next to it, there is a margin with a print and view symbol. Use the view symbol to get a preview of the document to save it.

Note: This Certificate is available on the ecampus platform at all times. It is valid for one semester. You are required to pay matriculation fees before the fee deadline to access the new certificate.

How to find create a new TAN list

How to create a new TAN list?

Log in to the e-campus.

Search for “TAN liste” in the search bar (top left of the website) or

Click on the menu bar in the left corner of the website, then ”Prüfungen und Veranstaltungen” (Exams and events) in the dropdown list, then “Meine weitere TAN liste“ (My additional TAN list) in the new drop-down list.

Under “Transaktionsnummern (TAN) erzeugen” (Generate transaction numbers), enter a valid TAN. You will find the TAN either on: the old list, on an emergency TAN list, or on the TAN list you received with your smart card.

Click on “Erzeugen” (Generate).

Click on “Ihre TAN liste als PDF-Dokument” (your TAN list as a PDF document) to open the generated PDF document. Please save the document or print it out. The document can no longer be accessed after 10 minutes because it is then deleted from the server for security reasons.

Tip: If the list appears directly in the browser window, sometimes no icons for saving or printing are visible. Press the "Esc" key.

Tip: Sometimes the Adobe Acrobat plugin in the browser prevents the display. This usually only happens temporarily during or before updates of the software. In such cases please deactivate the plugin and save the PDF. For example by right-clicking on the link.

The new list is created. You don't need to repeat this step as long as you have saved or printed this list somewhere. Now you only have to unlock this list.

Enter two valid TANs under “Transaktionsnummern (TAN) freischalten“ Activate transaction numbers (TAN).

The old TAN is on the old TAN list. The new TAN is on the list that you have newly generated. Both must be valid. For example, you cannot re-enter the TAN you used to generate it here.

Click on “Freischalten” (Activate). This deletes all TANs on the old list. And the TANs on the new list will be unlocked.

What do I do if I have lost my TAN list?

If you have lost your TAN list or there are fewer than 2 valid TANs left on your list, you will need an emergency TAN list. This can only be issued to you at the InfoCenter THM. There are only 2 TAN on the list. You need both to generate a new, own TAN list.

How to register or cancel an exam

Log in to the e-campus.

Search for “TAN liste” in the search bar (top left of the website) or

Click on the menu bar in the left corner of the website , then ”Prüfungen und Veranstaltungen” (Exams and events) in the dropdown list.

Click on “Prüfungsan- und -abmeldung“(Exam registration and deregistration)

Accept conditions by checking the box “Ich akzeptiere” (I accept), then click on “weiter” (continue).

Click on the file symbol next to your degree description. Then on “Gesamtkonto” (General/Total account). Then on the mandatory “Pflichtmodule” or elective courses “Wahlpflicht” according to the exam, you would like to cancel or sign up to.

Find the Modulecode in the drop-down menu and click on it.

Click on “Prüfungsanmeldung stornieren” highlighted in red or „Prüfung anmelden” highlighted in green.

To proceed with registration or cancellation you are required to enter a valid TAN numeric code from your TAN list.

Where to see an overview of registered and canceled registrations

Log in to the e-campus.

Search for “TAN liste” in the search bar (top left of the website) or

Click on the menu bar in the left corner of the website , then ”Prüfungen und Veranstaltungen” (Exams and events) in the dropdown list.

Select “Info über angemeldete Prüfungen” (Information concerning registered exams) or  “Info über abgemeldete Prüfungen” (Information concerning cancelled exams).

Click on your degree description, then on the tile that says “info” in the drop-down list next to the name of your examination regulations version.

Scroll down. Click on the “PDF” tile to save the list in PDF Format.

Moodle

Registration for the exams in E-Campus

You do not have to register for the exams of your selected courses or projects. We will do it for you after you handed us your Learning Agreement or your Changes. You can see the registration in E-Campus. Please note that we will issue the transcript of Records with the subjects registered in E-Campus.

Transcript of Records

Your Transcript of Records will be issued as soon as all grades have been entered in E-Campus.

Please make sure that the professors enter the grades relatively quickly or forward them to Ms. Volk.

We will send you your transcript by email as soon as possible.

Certificate German Course / Courses with Mrs Bastian / Courses from another department

You may also need to submit the confirmation of the your courses you attended or other proof of achievement to your department of study (Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. È necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo.) so that your Transcript of Records (ToR) can be completed and all your ECTS entered.
