| What can I have scanned? | Excerpts from print books in the university library for non-commercial purposes. For copyright reasons, we scan a maximum of 10% of the total volume. |
| What can't I have scanned? | Content that is also available electronically on the campus network . Please check the THMfindto see if online access is possible. |
| What costs are involved? | The scanning service is free. |
| Will I receive an order confirmation? | You will receive a screen confirmation after completing the order process. |
| How long does the deployment take? | Usually 1 working day, provided the university library is open and the book to be scanned is available on the shelf. |
| In what form is the provision made available? | The scans will be sent as a PDF file via email . |
| How do I commission the scanning service? | Via the scan form. |
