access to e-media

Licensed e-media from the university library are available to THM members.

This includes databases , eBooks and eJournals .

Depending on the provider of the e-media, there are different types of access:

  1. accessible via IP check, i. e. within THM campus network (LAN, WLAN and VPN).

    Note on VPN:

    When using the VPN client, it is important that you first log in to the program with your THM user ID and the associated network password and then open the browser to do research. If you don't follow this order, your browser may remain in your private IP environment ( video tutorial ).
  2. via Shibboleth login, i. e. you can log in with your THM user ID ( video tutorial ).
  3. by registering with a THM e-mail address.
