Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Taragona (Spain)
In context of this partnership, students can participate in joint research projects in the realm of microelectronic devices, and exceptionally qualified THM graduates are given the opportunity to participate in a master programm with subsequent doctorate.
Scientific works take place in cooperation with further european partners from the industry and the academia.

Universidad de Jaén, Andalusia (Spain)
In 2012, the Departamento de Ingeniería de Telecomunicación in Andalusia, Spain, and the THM agreed on a cooperation contract. Part of the mutual activities are the joint ICE master programm giving students the opportunity of a double degree, the opportunity of a promotion for exceptionally qualified ICE graduates, the scientific support of doctoral students, semesters abroad and lecturer mobility.
