Leaflet

The four-semester Medical Informatics Master is the consecutive post-graduate education for our Medical Informatics Bachelor. The Master’s program deepens the bachelors’ knowledge and skills. The Masters degree gives you the qualification for scientific research and managerial functions in the field of medical software and product development. The focus of the Master's program is on medical research and medical informatics with a main emphasis on 'software as medical device'. Studies are research orientated, so that students will be able to develop and apply scientific knowledge appropriately.
Students will be taught in communication skills and judgement as basis for a proper discussion with experts of the different disciplines. Data protection and data security in medicine is another focal point and students have the opportunity to intensify their knowledge by choosing the corresponding optional modules.
