Not only in the health-care sector, analogue documents (in form of paper) will be present for years to come. These documents are often created digitally and signed with electronic signatures or time stamps. However, they are usually printed out and get signed by hand. Signatures or stamps do not automatically make these paper documents safe and prevent manipulation. Because, who knows all signatures and stamps?
Within the faculty of health sciences, scenarios will be developed that sustainably improve security of analogue documents by using a patented method.
