Project duration:

01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028

The project aims to develop an AI-supported assistant to optimize production processes in the paint and coatings industry. Artificial intelligence is integrated into the existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in order to improve decision-making and process control. An essential part of the project is the application of statistical methods, in particular unsupervised learning methods such as principal component analysis (PCA) and t-SNE, to extract meaningful features from the production data.
