NanoP

Kompetenzzentrum für Nanotechnik und Photonik (NanoP)

Das interdisziplinäre Kompetenzzentrum für Nanotechnik und Photonik (NanoP) umfasst die elektrotechnische Forschung über die gesamte Bandbreite von der Nanoelektronik bis zur Raumfahrtelektronik und vereint dafür Expertisen der Fachbereiche Elektro- und Informationstechnik (EI), Informationstechnik-Elektrotechnik-Mechatronik (IEM), sowie Maschinenbau und Energietechnik (ME). Dabei stehen die Entwicklung und Anwendung von Simulationen, Modellbildung, Design und Tests im Fokus der Forschungsarbeiten aller Mitglieder des Kompetenzzentrums NanoP.

Neben der Elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeits (EMV)-Qualifizierung von Raumfahrtelektronik schreitet NanoP u.a. auf dem Gebiet der Kompaktmodellierung neuartiger integrierter Bauelemente sowie bei der Verknüpfung von Neuromorphic Computing mit der Bauelementesimulation aktiv voran.
