Development of a dissolvable microcarrier for use in a therapeutic stem cell expansion process

• Development of a continuous bioreactor process for human mesenchymal stromal cell (hMSC) expansion and production of potent extracellular vesicles (EVs) in a chemically defined medium (CDM).
• Optimization of production processes, process development, integration of process analytical technology (PAT), and optimization using statistical experimental design (Design of Experiments - DoE).
