Short Description
Advanced topics in bioinformatics are worked out and presented by the students.
Learning Objectives

The students have a critical understanding of applied Bioinformatics. They know the methodology of scientific work in the biological sciences, know libraries and literature portals and can procure necessary literature and work independently. They also know to quote correctly and work independently.

They are able to independently familiarize themselves with current field of research and present and defend their work in front of the publicity by seminar.
