Expanding of conflict resolution competences for instructors, to be able to react on learing difficulties and behavioural problems of apprentices, in consideration of intercultural differences; presenations, instructions and conversations are used interactive with appropriately media selection; instruction to adopt teaching and work techniques for designing interal education.
Participants will develop their social competences and the handling of conflicts and difficult situations. Futhermore participants learn basic organizational and didactical competences, refelcting the own leading role and be able to use basic educational communication, use of various teaching formats, methods and media for coordinating individual aims of trainings.
Confident demeanour and conversational skills are important for instructors when dealing with apprentices and teams in different situations of educational practice, detecting basic conditons for effective conversations, using and application of communication principles, cooperative conservation attitude, performance of moderate training, conversations and instructions.
