  • Short Description

    Fundamental molecular biological processes: Replication of DNA, transcription and translation of prokaryotes and eukaryotes; processing in eukaryotic genes; gene expression and regulation; procedures and methods of gene technology, ethics, gene technology laws; working with genetically-modified microorganisms in the laboratory, planning the work process with cloning experiments, PCR, isolation of nucleic acids and analysis using electrophoresis. Written development, and interpretation of results.
