Short Description

The students get an overview of the requirements, practices and methods of team building.

Learning Objectives

Skills: The participants are introduced to specifics, primitives and formation phases of teams and distinguish teams from other forms of cooperation. They will learn the basic aspects of conflicts.

Skills: Participants learn (such as through exercises and feedback) how to understand themselves and their role in teams better. The participants learn different target and performance-based interventions in the team process and test their application in an exemplary manner. Participants can analyse the emergence and escalation of conflicts in the professional environment. They can run targeted interventions for conflict regulation and reflect on them.

Expertise: Participants can name and distinguish methods of team development. They can professionally call and distinguished methods of conflict management. They recognize their strengths and weaknesses in the team process and improve their communication skills.
