Changing topics in business law
Learning Objectives

Students will learn several themes of business law, those which are not taught during other modules of the main area business law. Bulding up of already acquired business law skills through moduls of the foundation and main study.
Participants earn the ability to deal with current questioning of business law related themes. Students will use technics of scientific work during the preparation of presentations and seminarpapers.

Contents

Current themes from private and public business law (economic private law, economic constitution law, economic administrative law and commercial criminal law), developments by the legislation, new inovations of case law and literature.
