3rd Energy and Sustainability Day, July 5, 2023
We wanted to build on the successes of the last two Energy Days at THM before Corona and expand the scope of action from the important aspect of energy to the topic of sustainability in its various facets at THM .
On July 5, 2023, the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen hosted the 3rd THMEnergy and Sustainability Day from 10:00 to 22:00 on the Friedberg campus.
2nd Energy Day, June 4, 2019
The first THMEnergy Day on June 5, 2018, attracted numerous visitors to Wiesenstraße in Giessen . Many exciting projects from the Departments and institutes were presented, and companies from the region also showcased their ideas and products on the theme of "Innovative Technology You Can Touch".
We were able to build on this success with the 2nd Energy Day!
The Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen hosted its 2nd Energy Day on June 4, 2019 . In addition to the exhibition and food stalls, musical entertainment was also provided.
Under the motto "Green Campus" , many students, professors and staff as well as energy enthusiasts were attracted to this event once again.
The Energy Day was accompanied by the city of Friedberg and the presidium of THM, which announced the winners of the ideas competition on that day.
In addition to the Departments of THM , companies, associations and initiatives from the region presented themselves.

The Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen energy efficiency combined with CO2 has made it its mission to sustainably, comprehensively and as quickly as possible increase savings
Numerous projects have already been completed recently, and more are in the planning stages and are being implemented continuously. THM has two major advantages in this regard: the measures are strongly supported and promoted through intensive and highly qualified collaboration with various Departments as well as by the presidium .
To present the numerous projects, THM organized an energy day, focusing on energy-saving opportunities in buildings and electromobility.
The 1st THMEnergy Day took place on June 5, 2018 from 11:00 to 18:00 in Giessen on Wiesenstraße.
Projects were presented, booths on energy efficiency, supply, and savings were set up, and climate protection was presented to participants as "hands-on innovative technology."
Departments and institutes of THM Applied Sciences, as well as companies and craft businesses from the region active in the energy sector, participated in the 1st THMEnergy Day.
