Practical tips, exercises and methods for a successful job interview

You did it! Your application was successful, and you've been
invited to the selection process. Your joy is perhaps mixed with
excitement and nervousness. Many questions are swirling around in your head.
You're probably wondering what to expect and how you
can demonstrate your suitability to the interviewer. Presenting yourself isn't easy for most people.
Feedback from previous participants shows that good preparation
can lead to greater confidence and a more structured interview.
Therefore, in this workshop, we will explore the following together:

  • How can I prepare?
  • What does a typical conversation look like and what questions should I expect?
  • How and what do I tell people about myself?
  • Pure stress due to gaps in your CV, changing your course of study, or a long study duration? How do I talk about it?

Experience shows that, in addition to theoretical knowledge about
job interviews, practicing self-presentation
is a crucial step to success. Therefore, we will practice short interview scenarios and
see how you can avoid pitfalls and
present yourself in the best possible light. Of course, there will also be ample opportunity to ask your questions
.
