Do you sometimes or frequently procrastinate on what you've planned to do? Many people are familiar with this, and it often happens during university studies, especially when it comes to studying for an exam or writing a thesis.

In this short presentation you will learn why and what we typically procrastinate on, and which strategies can make it easier for you to tackle your tasks earlier in the future.

Note: This event is a lecture. You may participate with your camera turned off and ask any questions in the chat.

The lecture is an offer from the exam coaching service in the central students advisory service and is aimed at students of all Departments .

Speaker: Debora Peine, M.Sc. Psychology, Exam Coaching Consultant at the Central students advisory service
