Workplace reintegration management
Since May 1, 2004, every employer has been required to implement Workplace Integration Management (BEM).
Imagine you are absent from work for several weeks due to an accident or illness. You might be unsure whether you can return to work without major problems. In this case, the BEM (Occupational Integration Management) program is designed to make your return to work easier.
Even if you have to miss a day more often due to a chronic illness, for example, the BEM can help you analyze the impact of work on your health and take steps to improve your health.
The trigger for us to contact you is a total of 30 sick days within a 12-month period. Employers are legally obligated to comply with this requirement and offer employees voluntary workplace integration management (BEM). Of course, employees can also contact the BEM officers before reaching this legal threshold to initiate desired measures as early as possible.
Do you have any questions about BEM? Then contact us, your BEM team.
