The guide on gender-inclusive language is intended to serve as a guide for members and affiliates of THM in dealing with gender-sensitive forms of expression, especially in written communication.

The basic direction of the recommendations was agreed upon in advance by the Senate of THM and the guidelines were adopted there in December 2021.

Clear recommendations and numerous examples provide compact and application-oriented assistance in dealing with more gender-inclusive written language in everyday university life.
