Our tasks: Representing the interests of severely disabled employees in accordance with the German Social Code Book IX (SGB IX) at all locations of the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen , including the locations of "Studium Plus".

• Participation, consultation and commentary in recruitment and appointment procedures
• Participation in committees and working groups
• Advice and support for our colleagues in the workplace
• Guidance on the recognition of disabilities (application, appeal, identification card, compensation for disadvantages, equal treatment)
• Support during reintegration into the workplace after illness or rehabilitation
• Information about internal and external support services
• Referral to external support services
