In the area of problem management and conflict resolution, a culture of fair cooperation encouraged, on the basis of which points of friction are used as an opportunity to learn to express controversial positions in an appropriate way, to tolerate differences of opinion, to view disputes as everyday events and to develop strategies to cope with them.
The goal of conflict resolution is to ensure functional structures and to strengthen cooperation and communication. Conflict resolution leads to transparency, efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness; the working environment becomes more acceptable and objective as a result.
Clarifying conflicts within a team or department primarily requires time. Generally speaking, it should be assumed that any conflict requiring mediation is either long-standing or deeply rooted. The more complex the situation, the longer the conflict has lasted, the more deeply it affects those involved, and the larger the team, the more complex the approaches required. Ms. Krahé is happy to offer her extensive expertise in this area.
