We offer foreign language courses to all THM Departments Giessen campuses courses are taught by qualified instructors and are precisely tailored to the specific academic requirements of each THM Departments as well as aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).

In addition to the numerous compulsory and Elective courses in English for specific purposes, students can take courses in Chinese, French, Spanish, and German as a foreign language. Furthermore, we offer preparation courses for the Cambridge English: B2 First Certificate , as well as the opportunity to take the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) with us.

The language center is a member of the working group of language centers, language teaching institutes and foreign language institutes (AKS).
