2. What is the essential change?
In the future, an exam registration will only be effective if
- the approval process is fully completed and
- The registration status in the e-campus was set Department secretariat
Without this change in status, there is no valid exam registration. Participation in the exam is not permitted in this case.
3. How has the process changed for students?
Previously,
the completed application was submitted to the Department office within the registration period. The students were registered by the departmental office.
New (with EXA):
1. Research a suitable module in the e-campus (module catalog).
2. Send the completed application to the functional email address of your examination board ( please CC Department ).
3. Once your examination board has approved:
4. Obtain approval
a. to the examiner
b. within the registration deadlines.
c. At the latest now: timely registration for the exam in the e-campus is your own responsibility.
5. Submit the fully signed application to the Department office.
6. After completion of the process, the status in the e-campus set to "admitted". Only then is the exam registration valid.
4. What do I need to pay particular attention to?
Please note that you are responsible for registering for exams on the e-campus by the deadline. Make sure you submit your application for approval well in advance – but no later than the registration deadline.
