Student assistants are employees who are enrolled at a university, work in the administration of the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (e.g., university library , international office, central students advisory service ), and perform administrative tasks there. The collective bargaining agreement of the State of Hesse applies in full to the respective employment relationship.
