7 - Project 'FlexQuartier' (20.12.2018)
The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy is funding a research project at THMof Applied Sciences with €4.7 million. The project focuses on the energy-efficient design of the Flexquartier in Giessen , a new development area on the eastern edge of the city center. THMPresident Prof. Matthias Willems will present the project, in which the university is collaborating with the municipality, the local utility company, and its subsidiary Mittelhessen Netz.

6 - Building in Giessen and Friedberg (31.10.2018)
The area between Wieseck and Eichgärtenallee in Giessen has been a hive of activity since the middle of the year. THMPresident Prof. Matthias Willems explains what the THM is building here and on Gutfleischstraße. Construction is also set to begin soon in Friedberg. The currently closed Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße will be transformed into an attractive campus square, and construction of a new technology center is scheduled to start next year.
