THMPresident Prof. Dr. Matthias Willems warmly welcomes the first-year students to the university for the 2024/25 winter semester. Teaching, research, and Professional Development are offered in more than 75 Bachelor's and Master's degree courses .

President Prof. Willems provides information on the advisory and support services for women at THM. The support program focuses primarily on women in STEM fields (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology).

On Saturday, May 25th, the first GiessenCulture Night will take place: a decentralized arts and culture festival lasting late into the night with more than 50 venues and performance areas throughout the city. THM is also part of the diverse program, offering people access to all genres and forms of art on this night.

Ingmar Böffel took over the management of the human resources department two years ago, and the department is well-positioned. Nevertheless, some organizational changes are underway.
