- We promote the professional development of our employees through constructive feedback and discuss development opportunities.
- Within our area of responsibility and with other organizational units, we ensure cooperative collaboration and the necessary exchange of information to fulfill our duties. We maintain an open and service-oriented approach.
- We actively practice forms of appreciation within our area of responsibility and throughout the university. This means: recognition of achievement as well as respect and a trusting relationship with one another.
- We are committed to diversity at the university and promote integration into a university community in accordance with the university's mission statement. In particular, we consistently implement the legal mandate for equality and equal treatment.
As managers, we use appropriate development measures for self-reflection in order to professionally meet the requirements of our principles.
* For the purposes of these principles, managers are all employees with personnel responsibility as well as all employees who take responsibility for others, for example project managers, laboratory managers, etc.
