E-Campus migration - Maintenance phase / Downtime
In May 2026, the technical infrastructure of the THM modernized. From May 1st to May 31st, 2026 unavailable to students and staff . The following areas are affected:
- Exam registration and deregistration
- Grade entry
- Certificate issuance
- Preparation of proof of examinations (proof of performance and complete proof of performance)
- General student administration (especially issuing certificates of enrollment, BAföG certificates, and certificates of academic progress)
For all students, this means: Everything that you are supposed to do on the e-campus must be done by the end of April.
What should you do now?
Please secure the following documents by the end of April 2026:
- Your current performance record
- Your enrollment certificate
- Your BAföG certificate
Registration and deregistration for exams in the summer semester of 2026
Exam registration:
Anyone wishing to take an exam during the system transition in May must register on the e-campus by April 22, 2026. Later registration via the e-campus is not possible. All exams scheduled for the exam weeks of the summer semester 2026 can be registered for after the system transition, from June 10 to July 10, 2026.
Exam deregistration:
For any exam taking place during the lecture period (exams without a course – resit exams), students cannot deregister via the e-campus . Please contact your Department to find out how to deregister. Please note the regular deregistration deadline!
Incidentally, other important systems, such as Moodle or library systems, are not affected.
On this and the following pages, we will regularly provide updated information about the transition and the maintenance phase.
From June 2026, you will be able to use new features on the e-campus to manage your studies. Information about the new e-campus will be available on this Webseite from June onwards. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found in the FAQs, which will be available at that time. In addition, videos will be provided that guide you step-by-step through the individual features.
