The next THMHoliday Campus is expected to take place during the autumn holidays of 2026. This will give you the opportunity to experience studying at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen firsthand and to get to know the campuses Giessen , Friedberg, and Wetzlar.

University Information Days (HIT)

of university life and experience Degree Courses firsthand: During the two-day University Information Days (HIT), prospective students can THM 's Degree Courses Giessen , Friedberg, or Wetzlar . Whether in one long session (9:00-12:30) or two shorter sessions (9:00-10:30 and 11:00-12:30) of the Degree Courses of your choice, lecturers and students will provide insights into labs, course content, and career prospects. In Wetzlar, the dual Degree Courses presented. An overview of all programs offered at this year's HIT can be found in the HIT program flyer 2026 .

For those unable to attend in person at THM via Zoom will be offered on another day, Degree Courses also be presented online.

Girls' Day

On Girls' Day, female students in grades 5 to 10 gain insights into career fields that they rarely consider during the career orientation process. Therefore, the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen also opens its doors and enables the students to gather initial practical experience in technical and scientific fields.

Personal consultation

Even if you have already thoroughly reviewed the information on our Webseite and perhaps even attended information days, you may not necessarily know what to do after school. At this point, a detailed consultation can be helpful. There, you will have the opportunity to clarify your remaining questions in a dialogue and receive further information and decision-making support from our advisors.

STEM Night

The Central Hessian STEM Night takes place once a year. As part of the event, organized by the participating schools, students from five Hessian STEM-EC schools have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of STEM-specific topics in short presentations or experiments.
