The application period for the Germany Scholarship 2025/2026 has ended
We congratulate all scholarship recipients on receiving their scholarships!
The application period for the 2026/2027 funding period starts around mid-July and runs until around mid-August.
The idea behind the Germany Scholarship is that the state and society jointly support high-achieving and committed young people on their educational path.
Here's how it works:
Universities secure private sponsors (companies, foundations, associations, individuals) who donate a monthly scholarship of €150.00. This amount is then doubled by the federal government, supporting selected students with €300.00 per month; this results in an annual scholarship of €3,600.00.
