In the Bachelor's degree Business Administration and Engineering the students are suitable with which they develop practical solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. This means that industrial engineers study interdisciplinary, i.e. across interdisciplinary, in the areas of engineering and business administration. This allows you - at the interface between the commercial and technical areas - take on a wide range of functions in companies from different industries.
With StudiumPlus , students can choose between four innovative and popular fields: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sales and medical technology.
Studies
course of study
In the three and a half year dual bachelor's degree, theory (at the university) and practice (during the time in the company) take place alternately. The dual course begins with an introductory phase that begins in August. During this time, the student gets to know the company and its procedures and processes. Lectures for the first semester begin in October. After the first, second and third semester there is one practical phase instead of. Following the fourth semester, the fifth semester offers the opportunity to set an individual specialist focus or to spend a semester abroad. The fifth semester is followed by the project study, which extends over the entire sixth semester. Apart from two-day theory modules at StudiumPlus , the students work in their partner company and work on larger projects within its framework. The seventh semester starts with the practical part of the thesis in the company. Theoretical block modules then take place at the university. In the last month of their studies, the students prepare in the company for the colloquium that takes place at the end of their studies.
