Control of business processes

Master's students in the field of business process management acquire valuable skills in the management of business processes. The strategic and operational management of business processes is of crucial importance for the effective and efficient creation of value in the company. Processes should therefore be constantly put to the test in practice in order to realize optimization potential. That is the focus of this discipline. Your own focus of interest should therefore focus on external, market-oriented processes.

Technical Processes

The Technical Processes specialization imparts knowledge and skills in the main process of "Innovation". The acquisition and preservation of intellectual property is a focal point. Operational design options (patents) as well as overarching measures (knowledge management) are dealt with here. Another focus is the in-depth treatment of primary technical processes - to the effect that the interrelationships of individual technical disciplines are treated in complete systems. The resulting graduates can mainly be employed in the organization of the entire innovation process of a company. The knowledge and skills acquired in the field of engineering and technical relationships should accelerate and promote decision-making and finding.
