INFODAYS: International Buddy Programme:
What exactly is the International Buddy Programme (IBP)? How can I get involved? What awaits me when I attend the IBP? Everyone interested is invited! We will give you insights into the process of the programme and will gladly answer all questions.

Buddy-Modul: “Intercultural Competence and Encounters”
Erwirb 3 ECTS (Wahlpflichtmodul) für Dein Studium! Voraussetzungen: Aktive Teilnahme als Buddy im Internationalen Buddy Programm, an ausgewählten Veranstaltungen aus dem Begleitprogramm sowie Erstellung eines schriftlichen Reflexionsberichts (drei – fünf Seiten).

Treffen: Do., 11.10.2018, 6. Stunde (17:30 Uhr), Campus Gießen im Raum A12.1.16

Buddy-Module: “Intercultural Competence and Encounters”
Earn 3 ECTS for your degree course (elective module)! Requirements: Active participation as a buddy in the International Buddy Programme, attendance of selected events from the programme, as well as a written report about your experience as a buddy (three to five pages).

Meeting: Thur., October 11th 2018, 6th period (5:30pm), Campus Giessen in room A12.1.16

Wir möchten alle Studierenden der THM zum Internationalen Buddy Programm und den semsterbegleitenden Veranstaltungen des International Office einladen. Z.B.:

• Besuch des Mathematikums am Mo., 15.10.18 / Treffpunkt: 15:45 Uhr am Berliner Platz in Gießen / oder direkt beim „Mathematikum“
• Stadtexkursion nach Koblenz am Sa., 20.10.18 / ganztägige Exkursion

Semester Kick Off: Meet & Match mit einem internationalem Bring-and-Share-Buffet 13.10.2018 16:00
Hier heißen wir alle willkommen! Der Abend ist voller Möglichkeiten, neue Leute kennenzulernen, euren Buddy zu treffen oder, falls noch nicht erfolgt, ein Buddy-Team zu bilden. Es werden die Rahmenbedingungen des Buddy Programms und die Rolle eines Buddy-Teams erklärt. Ihr werdet Gelegenheit haben, euch für die Aktivitäten des Semesterprogramms anzumelden. Am Mitbring-Buffet genießen wir Speisen aus der ganzen Welt. Ihr seid eingeladen, eine Speise (aus Eurem Heimatland) mitzubringen! 13.10.2018 16:00, Lokal International (Eichendorffring 111, Gießen).

Semester Kick Off: Meet & Match with an international bring-and-share buffet 13.10.2018 4:00 pm
The evening is filled with opportunities to meet new people, meet your buddy or, if you do not yet have a buddy, to form your own buddy team. We will explain the basic conditions of the Buddy Programm and the role of a buddy team. You will have the opportunity to sign up for the semester program activities. At the bring-and-share buffet we enjoy dishes from all over the world. You are invited to bring along something to share (from your home country)! 13.10.2018 4:00pm, Local International (Eichendorffring 111, Giessen).
