Participation in an intercultural training seminar
for THM staff members

Would you like to become involved with helping international students and students with a refugee background as a volunteer? You could really make a difference in helping these students get off to a good start with their university education.

Would you like to get to know other cultures and possibly improve your foreign language skills?
THM's Buddy Programme also offers THM staff members the opportunity to take part in the programme.

Taking part in the International Buddy Programme can be counted as employee training. The requirements are completion of an employee training programme, intercultural training seminar and an evaluation.
