If not during your studies, then when? - ways abroad

 We offer support if you have one

• complete semester or Internship/ thesis want to do abroad and
• even for shorter stays such as international ones Summer schools or language courses.

Ask your department whether there are international excursions or workshops or whether an international summer school is planned in your department.

students with disability and students with child can apply for additional organizational and financial support.

The Outgoing-Team will support you in choosing the right scholarships and funding programmes and will also be there for you during and after your stay abroad.

PhD students

As part of your doctorate at or with the THM , you have the option of either3rd cycle students", if you are enrolled at the THM , or as employees and teachers to be funded via Erasmus+. Stays from 2 days to several months are possible. Please inquire below Studying abroad, Teaching and research abroad and under Further and Professional Development abroad.

Congress and trade fair trips are then eg over HAW.International eligible if you make your own contribution. You can find an overview of other funding opportunities on the website of the FTN promotion of young talent.

teachers/researchers

Why not set a good example and get to know the partner universities of the THM personally, for once in a different environment teach, research and to continue their education or one Congress or trade fair contributionafford g? With your authentic experiences, you will not only expand your own horizon of experience, but also inspire and enrich students. As a teacher, you are an important player in the internationalization of the THM .

Longer stays worldwide for teaching and research purposes are made possible through various programmes, especially DAAD supports.

Congress and trade fair trips also offer the opportunity for internationalization and can be funded.

employees

All employees the THM have the opportunity, for example, through an Erasmus+ grant at a Further Education and Professional Development abroad to participate. Educational leave from recognized foreign providers can also be funded upon application. So why not learn English in Ireland? Or would you rather attend a "Staff Training Week" in Valencia with integrated language learning options?
