The Fulbright Commission provides travel grants to German students who are arranging and (partially) financing a study visit to the USA in 2022-2023 through a German-American university partnership programme. The application deadline is February 15, 2022.

The travel grants serve the cultural exchange with the USA and the professional consolidation in the bachelor's and master's degree. They are aimed at German students at universities and technical colleges. The travel grant holders enroll in a four to nine-month full-time course at a US university, which they arrange and (partially) finance through a German-American university partnership programme.

• Financing of travel expenses with a lump sum of €2,000.
• Participation in the preparatory and network meeting of German and American Fulbright scholarship holders
• Supervision of the scholarship holders
• Inclusion in the network of scholarship holders and alumni:ae from Fulbright Germany
